"This record in particular was one of the most difficult songs to release for me personally. I wanted to tell the story of the emotional struggles teenagers can face while experiencing their first love. Discovering these new feelings for the first time while also having to work out life along the way" - Kobe White.

"I’ve been in a relationship with my girlfriend for 8 years now and at the very beginning, no one liked the idea of us being in a relationship at 14. Family on both sides didn’t approve because of how young we were, but we didn’t care. We took risks and fought for each other, made a bunch of mistakes along the way but grew from those experiences and learnt from them. At the end of the day all we knew was that we wanted to be with each other so thats where this song stems from" - Kobe White.
