MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA
He's stepping on the stars with this one. Christian Norman pours his heart out through sweet melodies and dark, airy tones while pining for love on his track, Only You. Christian Norman delivers layered instruments that erupt like young love (or even a new love) across a beach evening soundscape, and the impressive part? It's self-produced along with the rest of his tracks, proving he can tap into it all. A certified wiz is in the mix. "The melody and lyrics came to me first when I wrote the song on guitar. I then created the drums and structured the beat to complement and enhance the feelings of the song." - Christian Norman Exuding a strong, heartfelt narrative, Only You documents the sentimental moments within a relationship. It highlights the selfless and sometimes unnecessary acts one performs all in the name of love. "At its core, Only You is letting my special someone know that I really appreciate her and that I'm willing to make sacrifices for her. It was inspired by a moment when she had to leave my house, and I walked her down my driveway to her car. I despise wearing shoes in my house, and my driveway is full of stones, so I end up painfully stepping on them as I walk her out, but I don't care at all. She cares a lot about me and can't stand the fact that I'm walking barefoot over these stones. We playfully argue about whether I'm going to do it every time she leaves. I wrote this song to express my love for her and the gratitude I have for those little moments." Christian Norman Shout out to Christian's special someone! With a hard drive full of upcoming releases for the remainder of 2022, Christian Norman has been experimenting with different sounds that'll hit our ears sooner than later.
