Ba da da da doo ba bye, settle your mind and break free with Isa ac and Sez into a frequency of peace of mind on their track @night, produced by Blaine Browne.
You're about to catch a vibe when you hit play! Isa ac and Sez sonically inject you with a stillness, during an unsettling time. @night is rushing with smooth harmonies, a search for conscious answers, and a flow that cascades with unity during moments of doubt in this unstructured time. Isa ac and Sez illuminate the concept of divine timing in the midst of an illusive period. While the energy runs high, @night anchors its audience through a fundamental feeling of grounding. "The song really accurately captures how I feel, now more than ever in these uncertain, surreal times. Writing it the first day out of the first lockdown, it really felt like a mix of a celebration to be free, and an uncertainty for the future. I would definitely say there's some symbolism too, in the video that displays the repetition of the mundane that most of us are experiencing. We were inspired by many great artists at the time, namely Greentea Peng and Sampa the Great, and were trying to capture a feeling, of understanding and appreciation, at the rarest moments" - Isa ac x Sez. When @night enters your ears, remember to inhale, exhale, process, and interrupt the patterns of uncertainty. Taking in the present moment and listening to your inner guide while getting swept away by Isa ac and Sez. Ya'll are about to be gifted with both singles and albums from Isa ac and Sez that are currently in the making, and on their way to all streaming platforms. Follow Isa ac (@izzymusic_aus) and Sez (@slimsez) on IG for upcoming release dates, and keep @night in your rotation. SOUTH SYDNEY - AUS

MELBOURNE // BURN CITY
This is the one where you'll double tap and run it back, cause you might just miss the catch on the Duan produced track. Nomad has hit the sky, flying on his latest release 'Takeoff'.
Nomad is all about exceeding limits, and unpredictability... when you least expect it, he switches up to a sharp incline and soars further. His verses? Off the hook. His cadence? Straight dangerous. His flow? Wavey. However, don't get it twisted, Nomad makes it clear that conscious rap is the mission, but Takeoff is a reminder that he can 'dumb it down and dummy rap' while staying elite. "I came up with this song for a competition that Duan was co-hosting. He had supplied this beat for The Get Down Events and as soon as I heard it I had this song written/recorded in a few hours. Together, we felt like we had a track that captured the gritty, high energy feel of our Melbourne scene and personally I just really wanted to prove that even though y’all 'know me for the conscious rap' I really rap rap, and I’m confident in my pen" - Nomad Duan flew in, charged up and kept the beat speeding with his sonic tornado. "After going on an anime watching spree, I thought to create a track with a Japanese Arcade theme, with sound effects. It was a track made for a competition for a whole bunch of rappers on Instagram via TheGetDown. It worked out well, where the theme of a classic arcade matched with the competitiveness of the bars everyone was throwing at each other over the song. But it was a battle royale... and only Nomad was the last man standing." - Duan With an album on the way, Nomad has been hard at work for all of his patient fans, and we can confirm an album release date will be announced soon. Until the curtain's open for this highly anticipated body of work, follow Nomad on IG and keep Takeoff spinning in your rotation. |
