"DEVIL'S WATCHIN'was written during the peak of COVID in 2021, hence all the Corona bars. I was in a massive creative block and Emjay started sending beats through after we connected. The production on this song sounded futuristic yet aggressive. It gave me space to get all my frustration out about working during quarantine, watching the music scene from the sidelines and the mindset every artist has / should have of being the best. I’ve definitely found my flow and perfected my personal style subsequent to this, but it indicates the start of a new wave of artistry.
